Minimum Security Standard
The Minimum Security Standard clearly defines the specific minimum technical and operational security practices needed to protect different types of University information resources based on the degree of risk that may be realized should these resources be compromised, stolen, degrated, or destroyed. This standard applies to all Appalachian State University employees, students, and affiliates and all Univeristy IT services.
